As the pronounced difference in culinary traditions and food composition between Europe/Australia and China, the consumption of beef and lamb is significantly less prevalent in the past. The levelling living standard has greatly boosted country’s Western-taste and helped the burgeoning of beef and lamb abattoirs in China; tens of thousands of new workforces join the industry annually. Overseas demand for slaughterhouse personnel from Australia and Ireland make us to forge alliances with several prominent beef and lamb abattoirs in the inner provinces to recruit adept slaughterers, slicers and trimers, boners, meat packaging or hygienic workers, and help them to boost their English to catering the manpower demand from the esteemed international meat brands.

How do we recruit?

As a standard operational procedure, we will acquire a comprehensive understanding of the employers’ products (beef, pork, lamb or others), and other relevant particulars prior to our candidate sourcing, CV screening, and the skill assessments. We strongly prefer the on-site assessments in China whenever feasible. For the Australian market, we will coordinate with MINTRAC assessors—who are either affiliated with the direct employer or our associates. Remote or video assessment could be arranged as well.

We will assist for the professional documentation (with Registered Migration Agent) for the Nomination (Australia) or Work Permit application (EU countries) and provide smooth assistance to candidates for their visa application.
